These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods in our retail store, The Cornish Pantry, located at the above address. By shopping with us, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

We strive to ensure all products and pricing displayed in-store are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and adjust prices or product details at any time without prior notice.

• All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale.
   
• We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
   
• A receipt will be issued for every transaction upon request.
   

Our returns policy is in line with UK consumer law:

• Perishable items (e.g. food products) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
   
• Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition.
   
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
   

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible or visit the store with your receipt.

While we take care to provide accurate allergen and dietary information:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements.
   
• Cross-contamination may occur despite precautions; we cannot guarantee products are 100% allergen-free.
   

The Cornish Pantry is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products.
   
• Injuries or damages caused by misuse or failure to follow storage or usage instructions.
   

Our liability for any direct loss or damage shall be limited to the total price of the product purchased.

To ensure a safe and pleasant environment:

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.
   
• Shoplifting or vandalism will be reported to local authorities.
   

We handle all customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection regulations. Personal details provided for loyalty schemes or promotions will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take immediate effect upon posting in-store or on our website.
