You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding perishable or personalised items)

Items must be unopened, in their original condition, and returned at your cost (unless faulty)
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Please note: Returns are not accepted for opened food or drink items unless faulty.
